New Member Shabbat
Friday evening at 5:15 pm and Saturday morning at 9 am
Come meet and greet our newest members. Friday night will feature appetizers and services: Shabbat Rinah with the Band. On Saturday morning we will have Shabbat services, chanting at 10:30 am and Rhythm n' Ruach Family Shabbat at 11 am, all followed by a special kiddush in honor of our new members. Join natural foods chef Elisheva Margulies in a cooking class that will make your Shavuot zing -with creamy dishes galore. This vegetarian feast will feature a non-dairy curried sweet potato coconut soup, to-die-for caramelized onion dip, sweet and savory buckwheat blintzes and buttermilk panna-cotta.

A Tribute Event to Honor Rabbi Mordecai Miller
Sunday 4:00-7:00 pm
Spend time with BSKI and Shaare Zedek members and friends as they honor Rabbi Mordecai Miller who will be retiring in June. Of course, there will be plenty of music, h'ors d'oeuvres and special memories of Rabbi Miller's many years with BSKI.
